Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Princeton, NJ, to drive profitability and efficiency within our store team. You will partner with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate and complete tasks, and provide feedback to achieve optimal results across store operations.

Responsibilities include inventory management, shipments, replenishment, maintaining visual standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while staying safe and productive on the sales floor and in back of

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in client-centric sales/operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and move for an entire shift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Assist shipment, receiving and replenishment activities.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support safe operations and stockroom processes.
