Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Philadelphia store team, driving profitability and efficiency through inventory, shipment processing, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards on floor and back of house.

The successful candidate will have 1+ year experience in client-centric sales and operations, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and move continuously during shifts while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a client-centric sales and operations environment.
• Constant movement in and around all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and move for an entire shift; climb ladders if needed.
• Strong customer service mindset and goal to excel individually and as a team.
• Aligns with ALO’s guiding principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with the store management.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain and champion visual standards on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with reporting, budgets, expenses, and facilities to optimize operations.
• Promote a safe work environment with strong stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and business needs.
• Deliver company-level operations directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
• Assist in shipping, product flow, and daily replenishment excellence.
• Use metrics to drive business strategies and customer satisfaction.
