Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to support store profitability and efficiency in a dynamic retail environment. The role collaborates with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory, shipment, replenishment, and floor presentation with a guest-first mindset.

This part-time position requires movement across the store, adherence to safety and stockroom standards, and the ability to quickly resolve guest needs while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in an around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with a focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support execution of shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor updates.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendors.
• Promote a safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Execute directives in partnership with the Operations & Visual Management team.
• Assist in processing shipments and daily replenishment for product flow.
