Crate & Barrel is looking for an Operations Associate to help maintain an efficient stockroom and support the sales floor. You will process orders, manage inventory, and ensure displays are visually appealing while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and associates.
• Familiarity with store systems such as POS and AS400; comfortable with company email and LMS.
• Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing packages and customer curbside orders promptly.
• Assist in preparing the stockroom for inventory and perform assigned duties.
• Perform stock checks and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor to engage customers.
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and available for customers to purchase.
• Provide excellent service and uphold company standards in selling and teamwork.
• Greet customers, answer questions, process payments, and involve management when needed.
• Support store safety standards and training.
• Assist in loss prevention and follow policies and procedures.
• Lead by example and support store profitability and operational excellence.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Communicate promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
