Job summary

Crate & Barrel seeks an Operations Associate to support stockroom and salesfloor operations, ensuring accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and engaging product displays. You'll collaborate with the store team to uphold policies, safety, and a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound packages and curbside orders promptly.
• Assist in preparing stockroom for inventory and perform duties.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain organized stockroom.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and ready for customers to purchase.
• Demonstrate excellent service, standards, and teamwork in selling and customer service.
• Greet customers, respond to questions, process payments, and escalate when needed.
• Support store safety and loss prevention guidelines.
