Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the stockroom organized and support the salesfloor. You'll manage order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and visually appealing product displays while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you will collaborate with the store team, assist customers, process payments, and participate in loss prevention and safety trainings, all while delivering friendly service and professional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom organization and assist in inventory duties.
• Support salesfloor with product displays and merchandising.
