Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing packages, including curbside pick-up orders.
• Assist in preparing the stockroom for inventory and perform duties.
• Perform stock checks and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and available for customers.
• Provide excellent service and teamwork in selling, service, and safety.
• Greet customers, answer questions, process payments, involve management when needed.
• Support store safety standards and loss prevention practices.
• Lead by example and support store profitability and operations.
• Drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Communicate promotions, loyalty programs, and initiatives to customers.
• Promote the brand with creative customer engagements and demonstrations.
