Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join our store team in New York, NY. This part-time role focuses on improving profitability and efficiency through inventory control, shipment processing, replenishment, and floor presentation to ensure a seamless guest experience.

You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team, uphold stockroom standards, and move dynamically on the floor to support business needs. Prior client-focused experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to stand and move for the entire shift.
• Strong team player with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with a focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment receiving, processing, replenishment and floor recovery.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize operations and budgets.
• Ensure safe, efficient stockroom practices and floor coverage.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Contribute to company directives in partnership with Operations & Visual Management.
