Job summary

ALO in Brea, CA is seeking an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency within the store team, working with the Operations & Visual Management group to complete tasks and improve processes.

The role encompasses inventory control, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, safety, and customer service, with a focus on moving dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with store leadership to fix gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and vendor relations to support operations.
• Ensure a safe work environment and efficient stockroom operations.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
