Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express stores, seeks a Retail Operations Expert to enhance the in-store experience. You will lead merchandise flow, ensure product availability and sizing, and support checkout and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include coaching stockroom staff, processing shipments, replenishing stock, and assisting with product launches and promotions, while maintaining a clean, efficient stockroom and floor operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0–2 years experience; minimum 6 months.
• Availability for nights, weekends and non‑business hours.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great in-store shopping experience by leading merchandise flow and ensuring product availability and sizing.
• Coach and train stockroom associates as needed.
• Process shipping and receiving orders following Express standards.
• Replenish products and manage stockroom organization.
• Coordinate pricing and markdowns; assist with checkout and customer inquiries.
• Support sales associates during onboarding and product launches.
