Job summary

PHOENIX Express store at Potomac Mills seeks a Retail Operations Expert to ensure excellent in-store service and smooth product flow. You will coach stockroom staff, process shipments, replenish stock, and assist customers on the sales floor, delivering a superior shopping experience.

The role requires a High School diploma and 0–2 years in retail, with availability including nights and weekends. Experience with iPad and POS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years relevant retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Familiarity with iPad and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Lead merchandise flow processes and ensure product availability and sizing.
• Assist with stockroom coaching, shipping/receiving, and markdowns.
• Support Sales Associates and participate in product launches as needed.
