Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. seeks a Support Flex Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by processing inbound deliveries, stocking merchandise, and supporting floor sets.

The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration with merchandising teams to prepare products for the sales floor. The position is hourly and requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with opportunities to contribute to store operations, customer

Responsibilities

Efficiently unload cartons from truck deliveries and prep merchandise for the floor.
Assist with floor sets, product presentations, promotions, and price changes.
Support inventory accuracy with RFID tasks, transfers, and damage processing.
Maintain back-of-house organization and clean, safe store environment.
Provide excellent customer service and assist during peak traffic periods.
