Job summary

Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Support Flex Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries and ensuring merchandise is ready for the floor.

You will unload cartons, assist with floor sets, pricing and RFID tasks, and support inventory accuracy, while maintaining back‑of‑house organization and helping the merchandising team. This hourly role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with ownership of tasks.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and prepare items for sale.
• Assist with floor sets, promotions, price changes, and order picking/packing.
• Maintain back‑of‑house organization and stock room cleanliness.
• Support merchandising and store fulfillment teams as needed.
• Follow policies to ensure inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
