Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Operations Associate to help keep the stockroom organized and support the salesfloor. You will manage order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising while delivering friendly customer service and partnering with team members.

You will contribute to a safe, efficient store environment by supporting daily operations, learning systems used for pricing and promotions, and upholding store standards to create a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a flexible environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Basic arithmetic and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Process all customer orders including curbside, ship-from-store, BOPIS in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing the stockroom for inventory and perform inventory duties.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain organized stockroom.
• Execute visual merchandising standards on the sales floor to engage customers.
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and available for customers to purchase.
• Provide excellent service and uphold company standards in selling and teamwork.
• Greet customers, process payments, and involve management as needed.
• Support store safety standards and training; assist with loss prevention awareness.
• Promote promotions, loyalty programs, and other initiatives to customers.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling; share product expertise.
