Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain an efficient stockroom and support the salesfloor. You will process orders, manage inventory, and help create visually appealing displays while providing excellent customer service.

Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you will work with the team to uphold store policies, safety, and promotions. A positive attitude, multitasking, and teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Good reading and written language skills (English).

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing packages, including curbside pickup, ship from store, and buy online pickup in store.
• Assist in preparing the stockroom for inventory and perform inventory duties.
• Perform stock checks and maintain organized stockroom operations.
• Execute visual merchandising to engage customers and improve product presentation.
• Ensure products and displays on the sales floor are stocked and available for purchase.
• Provide excellent customer service and support store profitability and operational excellence.
