Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain an organized stockroom, support the sales floor, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy. Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you will assist with inventory, pricing, promotions, and store displays.

Qualifications

• Experience using POS systems or AS400 in retail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an efficient stockroom and assist the salesfloor.
• Support customer order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
• Present store displays in line with visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with pricing, promotions, and store policies.
• Greet customers, process payments, and escalate to management as needed.
• Support safety and training as required.
