ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join our store team in Atlanta. The role focuses on driving profitability, inventory accuracy, and efficient store operations through close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Responsibilities include handling shipments, replenishment, and floor presentation while maintaining safety and high visual standards. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in client-centric roles and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales and operations.
• Must be able to move constantly around the store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for entire shifts and maintain safety.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate inventory issues with Store Manager to improve processes.
• Handle shipments, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Leverage store metrics to guide business decisions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve client needs.
