Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Richmond, VA for part-time work. The role supports profitability and efficiency, partnering with the Operations & Visual Management team to drive store performance.

Expect movement on the shop floor and collaboration across teams to fulfill guest needs and maintain visual standards. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, replenishment, and safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move during entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with a focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and supply management.
• Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient operation and safety.
