Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join our store team in Boca Raton, FL. The role focuses on driving profitability and efficiency through inventory accuracy, stockroom management, and strong visual standards on the sales floor.

You will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute shipments, replenishment, and daily operational tasks while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The position requires physical activity and flexibility with schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operations environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Constant movement in and around store and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with General/Store Manager to address gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest expectations.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow, including merchandising and replenishment.
• Leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
