Job summary

ALO in Austin is seeking an Operations Associate to help drive profitability and store efficiency. The role involves inventory accuracy, floor replenishment, and coordinating with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Requires constant movement in and around store areas
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist and safely use a ladder
• Passion for customer service and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, technology, and facilities
• Promote a safe work environment through stockroom standards and processes
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist the business, team and guests
• Execute operations directives with the Operations & Visual Management team
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow and replenishment
• Use metrics to support business-driving decisions and customer satisfaction
