Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Bellevue, WA to drive profitability and efficiency within the store team. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate tasks, complete work, and provide feedback to achieve optimal store results.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, shipment processing, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to escalate.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient stockroom.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guests.
