Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Manager in Bellevue, WA to lead store operations, optimize inventory, and plan labor to ensure a customer-ready environment. This role requires hands-on leadership on the sales floor and back of house, with a focus on efficiency, safety and guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while upholding ALO’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication.
• Adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Strong personal accountability and time management.
• Demonstrates alignment with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Physical ability to move around store, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner to close gaps.
• Maintain strong operational standards on the sales floor using performance data.
• Support labor planning and scheduling to receive product deliveries.
• Promote a safe, efficient store environment.
• Represent the business in meetings alongside the General Manager.
• Lead the Operations team with coaching and effective communication.
• Develop internal pipelines and recruitment strategies for successors.
• Create schedules that balance business needs with staffing.
