Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join the store team in Washington. The role drives profitability and efficiency, working with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate and complete tasks for optimized store operations.

The position requires physical movement, inventory control, and strong customer service to support guests and business goals. Part-time, non-exempt with open readiness across 32‑40 hours weekly during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement around store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to move, bend, climb, and stand for a shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets and supply management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, inventory control, and facilities.
