Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in the United States, North Carolina. The role focuses on driving profitability and efficiency within the store team, collaborating with the Operations & Visual Management group to complete tasks and deliver results.

You will help manage inventory, process shipments, maintain visual standards, and support safe, efficient operations while exceeding guest expectations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Constant movement in all store areas is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move substantial loads.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to fix gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor and stockroom.
• Collaborate with budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships to optimize operations.
• Promote a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Move across the store to meet business and guest needs.
• Support company-level operational directives with the team.
• Process shipments and ensure smooth product flow and replenishment.
• Use metrics to drive business decisions and customer satisfaction.
