Job summary

ALO is hiring an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency in our store. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to complete tasks, implement directives, and support inventory control while ensuring a safe, clean, and inviting store environment.

Part-Time, up to 30 hours per week, with some 32–40 hour weeks during peak seasons. Expect active movement on the sales floor and collaboration with vendors, teams, and leadership to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Comfort with constant movement around store areas

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to fix gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment and floor set updates
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Coordinate with budgets, inventory control, vendors, and facilities to maximize efficiency
• Promote a safe work environment and uphold stockroom standards
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and assist guests
• Implement operations directives in partnership with the Ops & Visual Management teams
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow and replenishment
• Use store metrics to support business-driving decisions and guest satisfaction
