You will assist customers, manage pricing and signing, replenish stock, unload trucks, and keep the backroom organized. You’ll contribute to omnichannel efforts and implement merchandising plans to support sales and service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist shoppers.
• Execute pricing and signage accurately.
• Restock and replenish merchandise on the floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks.
• Maintain safe, organized backroom.
• Support omnichannel efforts (BOPIS, Ship from Store, Orders Delivery).
• Implement merchandising plans as directed by leadership.
• Learn and adapt to store processes.
