Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while assisting customers in-store.
• Execute pricing updates and store signings for merchandise.
• Replenish and restock merchandise to ensure availability on the sales floor.
• Receive and unload shipments and prepare stock in the backroom.
• Maintain clean, organized backroom and stock areas.
• Support omnichannel initiatives including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
• Implement merchandising plans to meet leadership directives and maximize sales.
• Engage in ongoing training to learn product knowledge and store processes.
