Job summary

Truist Mortgage is seeking a dedicated sales-focused professional to drive mortgage product adoption and referrals within Truist policies. You will guide clients through product benefits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while partnering with partners across Truist services.

In this role you will develop marketing plans, maintain policy knowledge, and coordinate with fulfillment teams to keep files moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience in banking or lending environment.
• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute effective mortgage marketing and development plans to meet mortgage production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Policies, Procedures, and secondary market guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Execute referrals by introducing mortgage clients to other bank solutions.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with client/document follow-up.
