Job summary

Truist seeks a Mortgage Marketing professional to drive the sales and marketing of Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies and procedures. You will develop mortgage marketing plans and effectively refer clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and compliance with state and federal laws. You will collaborate with Mortgage Loan Fulfillment to ensure document accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year banking or lending experience with knowledge of residential property types.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications and SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures and secondary market investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and state/federal regulations.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up.
