Truist is seeking a Mortgage Marketing Specialist to drive the sale of Truist Mortgage loan products and referrals within bank policies. You will collaborate with partners to deliver solutions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Responsibilities include executing mortgage marketing plans, maintaining policy knowledge, advising clients on products, and coordinating with other bank services to deepen client relationships. A license and strong communication are required.
Competenze
- 1+ year experience in banking or lending with knowledge of residential property types
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
- SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment
Mansioni
- Execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
- Maintain knowledge of mortgage policies, procedures and investor guidelines.
- Adhere to Truist policies and applicable state/federal laws.
- Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and products.
- Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen relationships.
- Assist with document follow-up during fulfillment and post-closing review
