Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations.

You will engage customers, showcase solutions, and guide onboarding to improve satisfaction and sales results. Responsibilities include proactive engagement, utilizing digital tools, and collaborating with nearby stores, with comprehensive in-store training and potential advancement into the Mobile Expert role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value through solution-based selling and onboarding assistance.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes and systems; maintain readiness and support nearby locations.
• Build relationships with store leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
