Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to bring the brand to life within National Sales partner locations and engage customers in a busy retail setting.

You will educate customers on solutions, demonstrate value of products, and use digital tools to enhance the customer experience. Training is provided, and you will build relationships with local teams while supporting onboarding and sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools and identify customer needs to tailor recommendations.
• Complete store onboarding training and support relationship building with nearby locations.
• Build rapport, manage referrals, Be Back processes, and follow up with customers.
