Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Mobile Associate to support retail sales by engaging customers and informing them about devices and services. You will help customers choose products through demonstrations and personalized recommendations, building product knowledge and digital-tool proficiency.

You will complete training, collaborate across departments, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. The role emphasizes customer relationships, accurate information, and meeting retail objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience is preferred in a retail environment.
• Ability to learn and use digital tools for product demonstrations and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in serving customers and providing personalized product and service recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Use digital tools consistently to demonstrate product features and network benefits during customer interactions and onboarding.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey across channels by addressing their needs and questions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support customer experience and team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
