New associates undergo training to develop skills and progress toward Mobile Expert, with emphasis on learning and customer empathy. This role emphasizes teamwork and excellent service.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail preferred.
• Passionate about helping customers and building relationships.
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
