Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Mobile Associate to engage customers, demonstrate technology, and guide service plan choices in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will build product knowledge, assist customers throughout their shopping journey, and utilize digital tools to explain network coverage and plans. Training is provided, and success is measured by customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; customer-facing experience preferred.
• At least 6 months of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
