Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Retail Service Associate to join our in-store team. The RSA will support mobile activation, device setup, and customer education to ensure a best-in-class experience for shoppers.

You’ll troubleshoot, assist with account security, and help with returns and exchanges while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. In this full-time role, you will engage customers with product knowledge, encourage digital options, and contribute to seamless operations.

Responsibilities
