Job summary

Staples is hiring a Merchandising & Inventory Supervisor to lead retail operations and drive sales floor excellence. You will manage inventory controls, execute planograms, stock levels and signage while coaching a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accurate inventory controls: zero balance, RTV, Return to Warehouse, cross-channel returns, reserve online pickup in store.
• Execute product activities including truck unloading, stocking and maintaining stock levels.
• Perform weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Engage customers with effective selling techniques and solutions.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment for customers.
• Carry out front-end duties such as cashiering, returns and online reservations.
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as Manager on Duty.
• Flexibly perform other duties as assigned.
