Job summary

Staples is hiring Merchandising & Inventory Supervisors to lead inventory controls, product activities and customer service on the sales floor. You will manage merchandising changes, stock levels and storefront presentation while coaching store associates.

Ideal candidates bring experience in retail operations, team leadership, and strong communication with customers. This role offers full-time hours and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Understanding of merchandising and retail operations.
• Experience managing/coaching a team or supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory controls such as Zero Balance and returns.
• Execute product activities: unload, sort, stock, maintain levels.
• Perform weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Engage customers with selling skills and present solutions.
• Maintain a neat, inviting store environment.
• Handle cashier, returns, and online reservations as needed.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
