Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Understanding of merchandising and retail operations.
• Experience managing and coaching a team.
• Ability to engage with customers and assess their needs.
• Ability to multitask with limited supervision.
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, stand and walk.
• Ability to work in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a constructive manner.
• Key holder experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory controls: Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross Channel Returns, Reserve online pick up in store.
• Unload trucks, sort, stock, and maintain stock levels.
• Execute Weekly Planograms and seasonal merchandising changeovers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Engage customers with selling skills to present solutions.
• Maintain a neat and clean store to create inviting environment.
• Perform front-end duties: cashier, returns, and online reservations.
• Provide store leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
