Staples is seeking a Merchandising & Inventory Supervisor to support sales floor merchandising, inventory controls, back-room operations and customer service in a fast-paced retail store. You will coach a team, lead by example, and ensure standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory controls: Zero Balance, RTV, Return to Warehouse, cross-channel returns, online pickup reservations.
• Execute product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
• Execute weekly planograms and seasonal promo merchandising changeovers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Engage customers with basic selling skills and present solutions.
• Maintain an inviting, neat, and clean store environment.
• Perform front-end duties such as cashier, returns, and online reservations.
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as Manager on Duty.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
