Staples, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising & Inventory Supervisor to lead store merchandising and inventory processes. You will supervise stock activities, planogram execution, and customer service to support a smooth, welcoming shopping experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and maintaining organized shelves while meeting store targets. A flexible schedule and strong retail knowledge are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 pounds and stand/walk continuously

• Preferred: key holder experience in retail (not required)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory controls: zero balance, returns, cross-channel returns, and in-store pickup reservations
• Unload trucks, sort, stock, and sustain stock levels
• Execute weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changes
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Present solutions using basic selling skills
• Keep store inviting with neat/clean environment
• Perform cashier, returns, and online reservation duties
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as Manager on Duty
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned
