Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising & Inventory Supervisor to lead inventory controls, stocking, and planogram execution. You will coach the team, assist customers, and ensure a clean, inviting store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role includes front-end duties, such as cashier and returns, and opportunities to act as Manager on Duty. Join a collaborative, team-oriented culture with immediate hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
• Strong merchandising and retail operations knowledge.
• Able to engage customers and understand their needs.
• Capable of multitasking with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory controls: zero balance, returns, cross-channel returns.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, maintain stock levels.
• Execute weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Use selling skills to present solutions to customers.
• Maintain a neat, inviting store environment.
• Handle cashier duties, returns, and online reservations as needed.
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as Manager on Duty.
• Flexibly perform other duties as assigned.
