Anderson Merchandisers LLC is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute brand standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. Daily collaboration with the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager is expected.

The role involves building store relationships, educating staff on products, and executing displays with accuracy. A flexible schedule, HS diploma, and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute tasks, projects and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute projects to maintain account aesthetics and compliance.
• Know company policies in detail and report activities and opportunities daily.
• Use handheld device functions confidently and maintain confidentiality.
