Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet client expectations under supervision of the Market Sales Manager. In this role you will build rapport with store personnel, educate staff on brand features, and ensure accurate execution of projects and displays while maintaining retailer confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting, and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and overnights.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsabilités

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, resets, displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
• Know and follow company policies; use handheld devices effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality for company, client and retailer.
