Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in the United States is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations under the supervision of the Market Sales Manager.

You will build rapport with store staff, educate on brands, and manage displays and projects with accuracy, while following company policies. Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 35 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute projects ensuring account aesthetics and strong execution compliance.
