Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. Under the Market Sales Manager, you will collaborate daily with the Territory Sales Lead and store personnel to ensure excellent execution and high quality displays.

The role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 35 lbs, and assist with heavier items up to 100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with travel to additional locations as needed.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on features and benefits of client brands.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy following instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise projects to maintain account aesthetics and compliance.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Report daily activities and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead.
• Utilize handheld device effectively for all tasks.
