Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers LLC is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. This role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily coordination to the Territory Sales Lead.

You will build rapport with store teams, educate staff on our brands, execute merchandising projects, and maintain high accuracy while protecting client confidentiality. A flexible schedule and physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Valid driver's license; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained.
• Must be able to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Must have access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of all assigned projects with quality and accuracy.
• Know and follow all company policies.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
• Use handheld device functions knowledgeably and consistently.
• Protect confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
