Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. This position reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily communication to the Territory Sales Lead.

The role requires physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional 100 lbs with assistance), a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting; up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license is required

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management
• Educate customers on product features and benefits
• Execute tasks, projects, and displays with accuracy
• Maintain high quality of work to exceed client expectations
• Merchandise and execute assigned projects with quality and accuracy
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information
