Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in the United States is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute our standards and drive sales for retailer and client expectations. The role is under the supervision of the Market Sales Manager with daily communication to the Territory Sales Lead.

The position emphasizes building rapport with store personnel, educating customers on our brands, executing tasks and displays, and maintaining high-quality work to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assist, travel may be required
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance required

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations
• Merchandising and execution of projects with accuracy to maintain account aesthetics
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and sales opportunities
