Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will report to the Market Sales Manager and coordinate daily with the Territory Sales Lead.

You will build rapport with store staff, educate on product lines, and manage displays with accuracy while maintaining client satisfaction and brand integrity. This role requires physical stamina and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel.
• Must have access to computer, internet, printing, and email.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers on brand features and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute projects to maintain aesthetics.
• Report activities and sales opportunities to leads daily.
• Use handheld device functions effectively and securely.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer data.
